Nativity Catholic School offers Catholic education for PreK3 through grade eight.
Our curriculum incorporates both state and diocesan guidelines (including Religion, Math, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts, Spanish, Art, Music, Computer Literacy, Physical Education, Health, Media Science and Guidance).
We also offer High School credit courses, in Algebra I Honors, Spanish I, and Integrated Physical Science Honors.
We offer an early childhood program for PreK3 and PreK4 year olds, which nurtures social and motor development using integrated themed units and is a kindergarten readiness program.
We have been accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference (FCC) and recognized by the State of Florida Department of Education since 1973. Nativity Catholic School is also accredited by the National Council for Private School Accreditation (FCPSA).
Professional Associations include the National Catholic Education Association (NCEA) and the Association for Supervision & Curriculum Development (ASCD)
Other affiliations include: Diocesan Youth Ministry Advisory Board, Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce and National Junior Honor Society.
Teachers are licensed and certified in the state of Florida and degreed in the areas they teach.

Our doors open at 7:35 a.m. and the school day starts at 7:50 a.m.
The last bell of the day rings at 3:00 p.m. The school office is open from 7:35 a.m. to 3:30 p.m
We offer our students an Extended Day Program which is open from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. (During days school is in session). This program offers enrichment opportunities such as a book club, planned recreational activities, karate class, guest presenters, and study hall.
A child entering PreK3 must be three years of age and potty trained by September 1st of the current school year.
A child entering PreK4 must be four years of age and potty trained by September 1st of the current school year.
A child entering Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1st of the current school year.
A child entering First Grade must be six years of age by September 1st of the
current school year.
