If you volunteer for a shift on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 7pm through November 20, 2018, then volunteer hours served at Novemberfest can be used to fulfill your School/General Volunteer Hours requirement. You must sign up for a shift on iVolunteer during these designated days and times (only) to receive hours toward your School/General Hours requirement.
Here’s how it works:
1. Complete your required 10 Novemberfest Hours and have your Novemberfest Volunteer Hours form completely signed. (Reminder: this form is due in the school office by December 7, 2018.)
2. Beginning on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 7:00pm, obtain a special document from the Information Tent at Novemberfest which will be used to record your Parent School/General Hours. These hours will only be accepted on this special document and should accompany you when you are completing your hours.
3. Have the Parent School/General Volunteer Hours document completed by the supervisor of the project or shift you are working and turn in the form to the school office by December 7, 2018.
Remember, you must sign up on iVolunteer for one of the shift opportunities during the designated time frames to be awarded Parent School/General Volunteer Hours.
