Last Thursday, a select group of our NJHS members led us in this month’s Prayer Service. Thank you for the leadership and faith you shared with our school community!
This October, we’re focusing on the virtue of gratitude—taking time to appreciate all we have and sharing kindness through simple “thank yous” and thoughtful acts.
Our Catholic Social Teaching for this month reminds us of our rights and responsibilities—to live faithfully and care for one another in both big and small ways.
We honor St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi, our saints for the month, who inspire us to live and serve with love. We also recognize our Scholar of the Month, Bartolomé de Las Casas, whose courage and compassion remind us that it’s never too late to do what’s right.
Let’s keep the spirit of gratitude, responsibility, and kindness alive all month long!
