Thank you for your interest in Nativity Catholic School!
As a mission-driven, data-informed school, we strive to recognize each student as a unique child of God and provide a learning environment that develops each student's spiritual, intellectual, social, physical, and emotional gifts.
Nativity was founded in 1961 and has a rich history in the City of Brandon. The school currently boasts an enrollment of approximately 600 students, prekindergarten through eighth grade. Tradition is a hallmark of NCS heritage, with over 15% of our students being second generation. Many members of our faculty and staff are also NCS alumni.
Nativity Catholic School's rigorous academic program, founded upon the Gospel teachings of Christ, builds character and develops faith-filled leaders of the 21st Century. All instruction is research-based and is modeled on current best practices. Our learning environment is interdisciplinary, allowing all of our students to expand their ways of thinking and learning by using a variety of methods. We incorporate real-world application to content in an engaging manner, which deepens students' knowledge and instructs them to solve problems creatively.
There is a special emphasis on the integration of technology, which has enhanced and expanded student learning while preparing graduates for high school and beyond, 100% of recent graduates have been accepted by their primary high school of choice, many of them into advanced and honors classes at local area Catholic and public high schools, including International Baccalaureate programs.
The information on this website will provide guidance as you begin the application process for your child(ren).
