Nativity Catholic School admits students, regardless of race, color, sex, national origin, and/or ethnic origin, to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to the students of the school. All decisions concerning the admission and continued enrollment of a student in the school are based on the student's emotional, academic, and physical abilities, as well as the resources available to the school for meeting the student's unique needs.
The Catholic schools of the Diocese of St. Petersburg do not recognize a religious objection to immunization.
Our enrollment is competitive, and admission is offered based on space availability. Due to limited space, Nativity Catholic School only admits incoming students who have satisfactory academic, attendance, and behavioral reports from their current school. Applications received after the yearly deadline will only be considered in our second round of admissions decisions if there are spaces available. Priority consideration will be given to siblings of current Nativity Catholic School students, active and registered parishioners of Nativity Catholic Church, active and registered parishioners of other Catholic parishes, and the children of Nativity Catholic School alumni.
Please note: A parentally placed private school student with a disability does not have an individual right to receive some or all of the special education and related services that the student would receive if enrolled in a public school under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended.
